What a maintenance contract covers
Every contract is scoped to your site on the call. This is what is included as standard.
Servicing on a set calendar
Inspection and servicing at an agreed interval, booked ahead rather than chased, so small faults get caught while they are still small ones.
Compliance records kept current
IQP inspection records produced as part of the visit, so the paperwork your compliance schedule requires is already in order rather than reconstructed at the end of the year.
Priority when something fails
Contract sites are scheduled ahead of one-off jobs when something needs attention between visits.

Registered to sign it off
An Independent Qualified Person is registered to inspect, maintain and report on a specific system on your building’s compliance schedule, and to certify it each year for your building warrant of fitness.
Registered to inspect your systems
Independent Qualified Person 110611, registered with Auckland Council for SS9 mechanical ventilation and air conditioning. The Form 12A certificates your building warrant of fitness is built from, on time and on record.
Inspection and servicing on one visit
The plant that has to be inspected is usually the plant that needs servicing, so both happen together rather than through two contractors working to two calendars.
