An Independent Qualified Person is registered to inspect, maintain and report on a specific system on your building’s compliance schedule, and to certify it each year for your building warrant of fitness.
Registered to inspect your systems
Independent Qualified Person 110611, registered with Auckland Council for SS9 mechanical ventilation and air conditioning. The Form 12A certificates your building warrant of fitness is built from, on time and on record.
Inspection and servicing on one visit
The plant that has to be inspected is usually the plant that needs servicing, so both happen together rather than through two contractors working to two calendars.
