Design and installation for commercial spaces, aimed at air quality and running cost rather than at fitting the ceiling void.
If you are planning a project or still in design, we offer mechanical design delivered in house. A useful rule of thumb: around ten per cent of a building or project budget goes to mechanical systems such as air conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigeration, and that is what buys a clean, fresh and comfortable environment rather than one that merely complies.

Energy recovery
We will introduce you to the energy-recovery systems used for Green Star compliance, such as the Lossnay range, which reclaim heat from the air being extracted and put it into the incoming fresh air. In a muggy Auckland climate that is where the running-cost saving actually comes from.
Working around your hours
Installation is scheduled around your trading hours to keep disruption down and to keep the site safe while it is occupied. Health and safety is as much a constraint in your world as in ours.
Smart control
Wi-Fi and tablet-based control and monitoring, daily temperature reports by email where a record is needed for health and safety, and sensors that raise an alarm on a temperature rise or drop.
Maintenance from the start
A maintenance plan is written with the installation rather than sold afterwards, so the first service is already scheduled before the system is commissioned.
