Commercial Refrigeration
Commercial Refrigeration
Cold rooms, freezer rooms and display systems built to hold temperature and keep running, across the wider Auckland region.
An efficient refrigeration system saves money on power and maintenance over its life, and there is a good deal to weigh when choosing one. We design, supply and install to suit the site, then maintain what we installed.
What we install
- Cool rooms
- Custom-designed for the temperature and the traffic they actually see.
- Freezer rooms
- Energy-efficient long-term frozen storage.
- Display cabinets
- High-efficiency cabinets for chilled goods.
- Walk-in refrigerators
- Spacious storage for high-volume sites.
- Preparation areas
- Refrigerated space for food processing and handling.
- Supermarket systems
- Multi-cabinet installations run from central plant.
How a job runs
Diagnose
We establish the life stage and condition of the equipment, and weigh the cost of replacing it against the maintenance it will keep needing.
Design
A solution based on that diagnosis and on current practice, rather than on whatever is easiest to source.
Install
The system goes in, and a preventative maintenance plan is written at the same time rather than afterwards.
Maintain
Scheduled servicing to hold performance, with the check lists that make a warranty claim straightforward.
Monitoring and alarms
Systems can be fitted with sensors that raise an alarm on a temperature rise or drop, and send a daily temperature report by email. For a food business that record is the difference between asserting the cold chain held and being able to show it.
Spare parts
We source parts for the systems we look after, usually quickly and at a sensible price. Ask and you will get a quote and a realistic estimate for how long the part takes to arrive, which is normally what decides whether a repair takes days or a fortnight.
