Breakdown & Repair
When a cool room is climbing or a system has stopped, the useful thing is a diagnosis, not a quote for a replacement.
Refrigeration failures cost money by the hour. A cool room losing temperature is stock at risk, a commercial kitchen without ventilation cannot trade, and a display cabinet that will not hold is a health inspection waiting to happen.
Call and describe what is happening. Most faults can be narrowed down over the phone well enough to know whether it is worth a visit today, whether it is something you can safely check yourself, and what part is likely to be needed. That is usually what decides whether the fix takes hours or a week.

- Systems tripping, icing up, or running constantly
- Faults found at a compliance inspection
What you will be told
- What has actually failed, not a symptom
- Whether it is worth repairing at the age it is
- What the part costs and how long it takes to get
- What will fail next, if something obviously will
Older units work harder, cost more to run and break down more often. Where replacement is genuinely the cheaper answer over the life of the equipment, you will be told that rather than sold another year of repairs.
