Servicing
Homes & New Builds
The same planned servicing we run on commercial sites, scaled for a house. A system checked before it fails rather than after.
A heat pump that has not been serviced works harder, costs more to run and fails sooner. Most home systems need checking once or twice a year, which is enough to keep filters clean, the charge correct and the drain clear.
What that covers
- Scheduled servicing
- Filters, coils and gas levels on existing home systems, checked before summer or winter rather than during it.
- Fault diagnosis and repair
- Working out what has actually failed, then fixing it, rather than quoting a replacement first.
- New-build systems
- Servicing for systems installed as part of a new build, from the first year onward.
- Running it efficiently
- Practical advice on settings and use, which usually makes more difference than the equipment does.
Whoever installed it
We are brand-independent and we service systems we did not fit. You will not be turned away because somebody else installed it. See the brands we service.
Rental properties
If you manage rentals, heating and extract ventilation across a portfolio can go on one agreement and one invoice. See Healthy Homes.
